Returns and Refunds Policy – MemorySphere

1. Period to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal and Commercial Warranty
In accordance with current legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU and Law 3/2014 in Spain), you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any justification.
As an additional commitment to our customers, MemorySphere offers an extended return warranty of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. During this period, you may request a return and refund, provided that the conditions outlined in this policy are met.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with all accessories included.

The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging.
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and the commercial warranty, including but not limited to:

Personalized products (unless defective)

Intimate or sanitary products

Perishable goods

Downloadable or digital products
3. Return Procedure

Include your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide you with the return address in Spain:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
For items valued over €75, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
⚠️ Returns sent directly to manufacturers or suppliers (including China) will not be accepted.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
In these cases:

MemorySphere will cover the return shipping costs.

You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
The resolution will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days after we receive the returned product.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and the return approved:

The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to MemorySphere.
Returns made within the 30-day extended warranty period are subject to the same conditions as the legal right of withdrawal.
6. Sale Items and Promotions
Products purchased during sales or promotional periods are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.
7. Limitations and Exceptions

Personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

Digital products or services are non-returnable, except where legally required.
8. International Shipping and Dropshipping Considerations
Some products are shipped directly from international suppliers, including China. Delivery times may therefore be longer, and return shipping costs may be higher.
All approved returns must be sent to Spain, and return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.
MemorySphere does not guarantee receipt of international return shipments that are not tracked.

This Returns and Refunds Policy is governed by Spanish and European Union law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
